Can I order one before buying a case?
Yes. Choose Single / sample on the product page to order one individually boxed mug at the listed single-mug price, plus shipping and applicable tax. It’s a simple way to review the finish, lettering, and packaging before a larger purchase.
What comes in a wholesale case?
One case contains 36 mugs of the same design, each in a plain white carton with protective foam. The minimum wholesale order is one case. Current prices and availability appear on the wholesale page.
How does payment work?
Choose an available payment method at checkout. After placing your order, you receive an order number and instructions for sending payment separately. Your order ships after payment is confirmed. For purchase orders or other business requirements, contact us before ordering.
Where do orders ship from?
Orders ship from Fort Worth, Texas. Shipping charges and applicable tax appear at checkout. For volume freight, delivery appointments, or local collection, request a wholesale quote before placing your order.
What if a mug arrives damaged?
Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement. Please include your order number. See Shipping & Returns for the complete policy.
Can I return an order?
Unused mugs in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price; the buyer pays return shipping. Contact us first. Case and pallet purchases are final sale except for items damaged in transit; see the Terms of Sale.
Can I review product specifications and care instructions?
The product page lists the available details. Contact us for capacity, measurements, or care documentation before ordering if these are part of your purchasing requirements. We recommend ordering a sample to review the physical product.
Are the images photographs of the actual inventory?
The studio and lifestyle images are AI-created representations based on our original mug. The slogan and core design are preserved, but fine details can vary. Styling props are not included. A sample lets you check the actual finish and packaging.
Do you work with retail buyers?
Yes. Our wholesale page includes case pricing, current availability, and a printable buyer line sheet. Tell us about your store, quantity, destination, timing, and any vendor onboarding or purchasing requirements.
How do I request resale purchasing or local collection?
Include your resale documentation needs or Fort Worth collection request in the wholesale inquiry form. We’ll confirm the arrangements and order terms before you pay.
